Hours for this position are negotiable for Tuesday - Friday, Saturdays are mandatory.
Strong Customer Service, Sales, Parts Sourcing (RV, outdated / obsolete), Stocking, Inventory, Receiving, Warranty.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
Maintain customer service, greeting and acknowledging all customers.
Be able to take information quickly and accurately.
Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
Provide service technicians with parts as required
Merchandising displays.
Maintains sale floor and displays.
Controls store inventory.
Cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
Cash out customer.
Processes warranties and returns.
Completes training as directed by management.
Performs other tasks as required.
Presentable appearance.
Verify receiving documents.
Should be knowledgeable in merchandising.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Napa Tracs, NTP, and Dometic parts operating system preferred but not required
Ability to interpret customer needs
Strong computer skills
Good organizational skills
Sales required
RV and parts knowledge preferred
Physical Demands:
Requires the use of both hands
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, etc.
Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
