Job Overview:
As a Materials Loader, you will be the backbone of our operations, helping clients declutter their spaces while working as part of a reliable and upbeat team. This is a physically active role that requires strength, stamina, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Be in company provided uniform each day.
Clock in and out via company software.
Ensure the truck is clean, organized, and properly equipped for each job.
Utilize company provided navigation system to get from customer to customer.
Don necessary PPE when appropriate.
Safely load items from residential and commercial properties.
Know how to pack the truck according to company expectations.
Properly sort junk and donation items when appropriate.
Log donation items using company software before donating.
Call customers ahead of arrival within their designated time frame. Identify their needs upon arriving, walk them through our process and pricing structure, and clean up their space with care and efficiency!
Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
Use company gas card for fill ups.
Immediately notify management of any needs, issues, delays or questions.
Requirements:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs individually, up to 150 lbs with a team lift) repeatedly throughout the day.
Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, high level of communication and committed to quality work.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for employment.
Background Check: Required for employment.
Personally Owned Vehicle: And clean driving record. Required for employment.
Checking Account: Required for employment.
