Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Home Improvement and Maintenance Technician or a passionate apprentice eager to learn the trade. The ideal candidate will have a background in home improvement, home maintenance services, or home building services, or be willing to train and develop their skills in these areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various home improvement tasks, including repairs, renovations, and installations.
- Assist with home maintenance services to ensure properties are well-kept and functional.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn and develop skills in home repairs and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in home improvement, maintenance services, or home building is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
