Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman, Valid HVAC Journeyman license in Colorado (preferred but not required), Ability to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems independently, Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems, Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment, Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
