Looking for a dependable experienced equipment operator who is great with multitasking, time managing, communicating, and teamwork. Pay is based off experience will room to grow with us as a company.
REFRENCES AND DRIVERS LICENSE ARE A MUST
Experience on multiple types of equipment such as Skid, Dozer, Excavator, and Loader is a must. We need someone who can read grade stakes, create slopes, berms, fine grading, trenching, backing asphalt, moving materials, etc
Looking for someone who may have experience in building retaining walls and needs little to no training with the experience you can bring to the table. You may be required to test run on the equipment with the Owner and GM to be considered. We want someone who is physically capable to get out of the machine and assist with erosion crews, not afraid to get their hands dirty, can lift, bend, stand for long periods of time, work in all types of weather, and communicate.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Ensuring all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations.
Cleaning, lubricating, and performing regular safety checks on equipment.
Ensuring equipment is properly positioned before turning it on and off, or loading and unloading it.
Promptly reporting all faults to the Supervisor or Foreman.
Ensuring sites are kept clean and safe.
Attending meetings and refresher courses to ensure responsible equipment operation.
Identifying faults and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow orders, especially under pressure.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
A sound understanding of health and safety codes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
