Top Notch Works LLC is looking for skilled and unskilled laborers to complete a variety of jobs.
Skilled labor staring at $20
Unskilled labor starting at $15
Work may include:
-Deck/ fence building
-Exterior home repairs
-Interior remodels
-General Handyman services
-And more
Must have reliable transportation to make it to and from different job sites.
Having your own set of tools and/or a truck to transport materials/ tow a trailer are strongly encouraged and could result in a higher wage negotiation.
The majority of the work is currently being performed in Woodland Park but can expand to Colorado Springs/ Pueblo/ Monument/ Peyton.
Workers will be paid as W-9 subcontractors and receive a 1099-NEC at the end of the year for wages paid.
