The Human Resources Director will be an essential member of Machine Build Technologies' senior management staff and lead the HR department to ensure our company's practices and policies are within the best interest of our employees and both sister companies - Springs Fabrication, LLC and Springs ATG, LLC.
Previous working knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment is crucial in day-today functions and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role.
The ideal candidate should also possess high work ethic, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strong knowlege with labor regulations and HR practices. Knowledge of Colorado labor laws is highly preferred.

AtSprings Fabrication, we offer a wide range of services including project management, design & engineering, material processing, machining, fabrication, blasting, painting, assembly and testing.
Our Colorado Springs facility is one of the largest purpose-built manufacturing facilities in the Rocky Mountain region.The facility has many unique features critical for supporting efficient manufacturing of large complex projects, including a high bay assembly bay area with 55-ft. under hook height.
Our 450' fabrication bay is one of the largest in the region in both size and capacity.
Springs ATG in Westminster, COencompasses 85,000 square foot and includes over 75,000 square feet of manufacturing and assembly space with the following features:
High-bay overhead doors for easy access.
Fabrication bay is equipped with a full compliment of stainless steel sheet metal fabrication equipment, including metal forming, welding, and finishing.
Assembly bay includes a 10-ton mobile crane, (2) 3-ton jib cranes, and a secure stockroom.
Forklifts up to 9,000 lb capacity.
Building includes three dock height overhead doors, and one grade height overhead door, for easy loading.
Fabrication and assembly bays can be reconfigured to suit any size of project.
Services include metal polishing capable of mirror finishes.
Testing includes hydro pressure tests, and helium leak testing (sniff or vacuum methods).
