Helper for elderly mom

I'm looking for a person, preferably a woman, who can assist my mom who is in her 80s with things around her house and cleaning. Ideally, the person's schedule is flexible but could come to my mom's one bedroom house around 8 hours per month to assist her. We would pay $20.00 per hour. Must be able to pass a background check, be flexible with duties and be a patient person.
