We are a North Colorado Springs family looking for knowledgable, caring and responsible in home care for our daughter.
She’s 21 years old and has Cerebral Palsy, is wheelchair bound but has great verbal skills. She loves to play games, read, color, do puzzles and go on outings. The job will include time at home , as well as assisting at Day Programs with all her medical/physical needs.
Responsibilities include administering meds, use of electric lift for transfers, meal preparation, light chores and other personal cares. (keep in mind that all duties will be learned in our training process). Only females should apply.
Starting at $25.00/hr, potential for a higher wage with experience
Typically 10-20 hours/week
Hours will vary but typically 8:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-8:00pm with occasional overnights, you can sleep while she sleeps
Must be able to work weekend shifts
Valid Drivers License required and background check required.
