Shift Manager
We’re looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Il Vicino. This role requires someone who can jump into any position when needed and help lead the team through service. Applicants must have prior restaurant management experience or several years of sit-down restaurant service experience — fast food experience does not translate here. The right candidate has a strong understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations, is comfortable coaching staff, and can handle a busy shift with confidence. Managers must be 21+ (no exceptions). We will train you on how we operate, but we’re not looking to start from scratch — we need someone who already understands the pace, standards, and responsibilities of a restaurant manager.
Prep Cook / Line Cook
We’re seeking a Prep Cook to work in our open-kitchen wood-fired pizzeria. This position isn’t for someone just looking to clock in and out — we want a cook who enjoys the craft, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Our ovens run at 600 degrees, so you need to be comfortable working in high-heat conditions and moving with urgency. Knife skills and a passion for quality food are a must. Pizza experience is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person who has genuine cooking ability and wants to grow in a kitchen environment.
