Must be able keep labor cost and food cost low while maintaining high quality service and high quality food. Must have a professional clean cut appearance who is personable, highly motivated and efficient, must be able to hire quality line cooks and banquet cooks.
Wages are dependent upon experience; reputation with bonuses for excellent performace
