Golden Mountain Montessori is looking for a caring and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant! This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Montessori environment while working with young children during a key part of their day.
Role & Responsibilities:
Support classroom staff by facilitating transitions from outdoor play to lunch and from lunch to nap time.
Assist in supervising and engaging with children during meals and rest time.
Help ensure smooth staff break coverage while maintaining a calm and nurturing atmosphere.
Provide a positive, supportive presence in the classroom during this busy time of day.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, dependable, and patient individual who enjoys working with children.
Experience in early childhood education or childcare is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow Montessori principles and support a child-led learning environment.
