Entry-Level Material HandlerJob Description:This role involves addressing quality problems, heavy lifting, and loading and unloading steel members on and off paint carts. You will also assist in other departments as needed, including painting, paint prep, material handling in various areas of the shop, and loading trailers.Skills & Qualifications
General knowledge of metals (desired).
Experience with forklift operating, shipping and receiving, order picking, packing, and general production.
Knowledge of applicable safety procedures.
Ability to demonstrate appropriate computer skills, including e-mail, MS Office applications, and select reporting tools.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading.
Move and load steel members on and off paint carts and stage them safely in the craneway.
Take instructions and learn quickly on the job.
Maintain a clean yard and take initiative in organizing and tracking tasks on time.
Diligently track data and quantities of products.
Assist in other departments as needed, including painting, paint prep, material handling, and loading trailers.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm
$18/hr
