The Documentation and Planning Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the government in developing, writing, editing, planning, executing and managing international documentation products, services and activities associated with allied partner nations they interface with. The candidate will:· Work with government stakeholder and staff to develop and maintain the following types of documents:o Interface Control Documents (ICD).o Combatant Command Data Owner Guidance (DOG).o Memorandums of Understanding (MOU).o Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).o White papers, drawings, agreements.o Other similar documents, agreements and products.· Compile information, draft, create, modify, and provide presentations, executive-level and foreign disclosure briefings.· Travel and attend international planning meetings, prepare materials, capture notes and information, and provide back briefs to the government customer for decision making purposes.· Manage, track, review and validate international-related documents to ensure completeness, currency, status and applicability while initiating changes and updates when required.· Coordinate with compile necessary data, documents and information with international government points of contact, Combatant Commands and allied partners.· Coordinate, travel and plan international projects, test events and activities with executive-level leaders, other government agencies and allied partners.· Act as the international liaison between the government stakeholder and our organization facilitating support and work requests.Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.Here’s what you’ll need :Basic Requirements:Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 14 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 12 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 8 years of general experience.· Must have 8 years of directly related experience in Project Management or in a DoD/service component operational role.· Must have 2 years in a management or supervisory role.· Must have experience with writing technical or formal government documents.· Proficient in developing senior-level products using MS Suite of applications.· Must have experience working and collaborating with NATO and/or U.S. ally nations.· Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.Desired Requirements:· C2BMC message data/wrapper knowledge· Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) and/or Cross-Domain Appendices (CDA)This position is expected to pay $113,000 - $138,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
