Administrative Assistant - ADV

Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant - ADV to join our team located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is crucial within our team, involving the processing and reviewing of customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory resolutions Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions Use data to train models for tasks like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting Schedule appointments and manage the office administration tasks Handle materials and manage procurement processes Use Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks and maintain records Manage customer accounts, resolve disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction Manage paperwork, type documents, and scan necessary files. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proven experience in customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction Ability to handle scheduling tasks such as setting appointments and forecasting Capability to manage materials, including procurement and specification Proficient in handling paperwork, with strong typing skills (WPM to be specified during interview) Familiarity with billing systems and processes Experience in account management and dispute resolution Must be able to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively Proven record of assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner Experience with the "About Time" software is a plus Must be able to handle office administration tasks efficiently Experience in training staff or individuals is desirable Ability to scan documents and manage electronic and physical files effectively.
