Delivery Driver/Customer Service Rep.

We are a full-service laundry facility providing laundry services to both commercial and residential accounts. We are seeking a delivery driver with excellent customer service skills who can work Monday-Friday. In the summer the job takes about 35 hours a week. The rest of the year it's typically 25-30 hours. The day starts at 7:30am and ends between noon and 3:30, depending on the season and size of the route for the day. A good candidate should be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and must have an excellent driving record. Customer service is an imperative part of this job, as the driver is the "face" of the company and will need to accurately relay information and occasionally resolve issues. We are a small company, without a backup driver, and reliability is absolutely necessary. Additional requirements are a professional demeanor and appearance, basic computer skills and an inclination to pay attention to detail.
