Painting

Looking for a painter to paint exterior of a small, 1200 square foot ranch home. Home is white currently and I just need it scraped, caulked, and painted white again with a fresh coat. Trim is a blue color. I provide paint/caulk, you provide everything else. Must be NEAT and use a tarp or drop towel all around building. Prefer weekend work. Let me know your rate per hour.
