Job Title: Assistant Construction Field Manager

Location: Lafayette, CO

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Construction Field Manager to join our team. The Assistant Construction Field Manager will work closely with the Production Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination

Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects according to schedules and budgets.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

2. Team Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.

3. Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and project specifications.

Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and photographs.

Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.

5. Client Relations:

Communicate effectively with clients, sub contractors and office staff.

Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Problem Solving:

Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

Ideally some replacement window and door experience

Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Benefits:

Company Vehicle, Health Insurance after 90 days, 401k after 6 months

Salary: $45,000.00 -$52,000.00

Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications.
