A full-stack developer with at least six years of experience (but preferably more) is sought.
This is an hourly sub-contracting position. It varies between part-time and almost full-time depending on projects. You will work from home and occasionally at clients’ sites in the Denver Front Range. Due to IRS guidelines, you will have work through your own LLC or other type of corporation. (Alternatively, you could be a very part-time employee.)
You will work with a small team of consulting engineers. Please provide a current resume as well as a description of your availability (both short and long-term), your engineering interests, and your motivation.
Required:
Proficiency with AWS and similar for database and other aspects
Experience front and back-end setup for websites
Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM field
Desirable:
Advanced Degree
Experience sending software updates to devices in field
Experience writing test scripts and with Python
Experience in debugging
Strong documentation skills including requirements and test plans
Ability to work with a variety of personalities
Strongly motivated to provide high quality in engineering work
