What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Representative, you’ll drive sales both inside and outside the store. Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Making outside sales calls while also supporting in-store operations (approx. 5-10 hours per week).
Engaging customers with product knowledge and creative solutions to meet their needs.
Motivating yourself to achieve sales goals and earn competitive commissions.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong sales background with a drive to exceed targets and earn rewards.
Willingness to work both in-store and out in the community, collaborating with the team.
Ability to lift products as needed (up to 50 lbs).
A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining our fun and efficient workplace.
