MS Windows - Advanced hands-on experience and understanding of Windows Server 2012 (5+ yrs)
Experience loading, configuring, troubleshooting, and securing Windows Server 2012R2/2016 infrastructure
Experience installing and troubleshooting a variety of applications on Windows platforms
Experience with Windows Active Directory, AD tools, LDAP, GPO Management, DNS, WSUS, WSFC, RDP Gateway
Ability to setup, configure, secure, troubleshoot and maintain IIS
Experience with ADSI edit, and IIS metadata
High level experience with MS Exchange 2016
Scripting experience with Windows PowerShell or MS batch
Current working enterprise level logging and monitoring applications
Troubleshooting IP and Networking (3 yrs experience)
Experienced with troubleshooting IP networking components such as VPN, load balancers, firewalls.
Experience with troubleshooting IP common protocols such as HTTP, TLS, FTP, SMTP, NTP, IPsec, SSH, and RDP
Working knowledge of IP networking troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, TCPview, tcpdump, http-ping
Additional Responsibilities
Provide rare after-hours on-call support on rotating schedule that provides support 24 hours a day/7days a week and holidays
Answer customer support emails and phone calls; log support requests
Create formal documentation of processes and procedures
