Shift hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:

Receive all incoming packaging material, ingredients, and small packages. Schedule appointments, organize staffing and space allocation as needed. Be available to answer dock door during business hours.

Reconcile bills of lading, verify counts, and ensure quantities received are as ordered.

Operate, maintain forklift with emphasis on warehousing skills, high stacking experience, unloading trucks, and palletizing material.

Maintain and be responsible for disposition of hold (defective) and test material.

Maintain and organize warehouse. Store label and maintain supplies for various internal departments.

Ensure supply of pallets and corrugated slip sheets are maintained; recycle damaged or unusable pallets.

Label and record MSDS materials. Complete required paperwork and quality tasks.

Maintain work area and equipment according to the highest GMP’s, SOP’s, and safety standards.

Be a positive team member with emphasis on teamwork spanning all work shifts.

Continually strive for improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

Work with minimum supervision; must be responsible and able to timely initiate appropriate work activities.

Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.

THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Shift Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Location: Boulder, CO

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Two years fork truck operating experience required.

Ability to obtain and maintain fork truck certification.

Good mathematical skills with an aptitude for addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

Attention to detail necessary with emphasis on accurate record keeping.

Ability to perform continual lifting excess of 60 lbs.

Must be a self-starter, work with little supervision, and see a job through to completion.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Experience with safe operation of C02 fumigation system or be able to complete the necessary training.

Ability to meet attendance guidelines and work additional hours/OT as needed.

Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with all contacts both inside and outside the company.

Compensation and Benefits:

New starting wage is $21.00 / hour (commensurate with experience and location).

Note that rate could change based on shift schedule.
