The Eldorado Tree Company, LLC is hiring for two positions.
Ground worker and stump grinder operator.
Base pay is $22.50/hr with room for pay increases over time.
No experience in tree work is required.
Candidates must have a valid Colorado driver license with clean driving record.
Candidates must have transportation to our headquarters in South Boulder. There is a bus stop very close by.
We will train you and pay for your class B CDL.
We will train you and pay for your arborist certification with the International Society of Arboriculture.

We’re a small company but we get big jobs. Being a small company- you’ll immediately be an important member of the team. We’ve been in business for 8 years.
Ground worker-
Drive truck and trailer to jobs. Manual transmission
Routine maintenance on trucks and equipment
Run skid steer on jobs
Run chainsaws
Chip brush
Run ropes in our rigging systems
General clean up on jobs
Stump grinder-
Drive truck and trailer to jobs. Manual transmission
Routine maintenance on trucks and equipment
Run stump grinder and cleanup job
You’ll be out solo most days then meet the crew to help on tree jobs for the rest of the day.
We are looking for team players and people who are willing to learn how we do things. We’re also looking for people who want to learn tree climbing and bucket truck operations for large tree pruning and removal.
