Maintenance Laborer / Custodian – Commercial Properties
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Laborer / Custodian to join our team! Our company is one of the largest real estate holders in the state, with an extensive portfolio of commercial properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Landscaping & property clean-up
- Vacant space preparation
- Moving furniture/equipment
- Trash removal & dumpster maintenance
- Snow removal & mowing
- General upkeep of properties
- Random tasks
Requirements:
- Hardworking & dependable
- Ability to lift/move heavy items
- Experience in maintenance, custodial work, or landscaping preferred
- Candidates with a truck will be given preference Mileage is reimbursed!
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
