Kilt Farm is looking to hire harvest and field staff for the rest of the 2022 season, no kilts required.
Harvest and Field Staff are the core of our farm team. Join us as we harvest the highest quality food in Boulder County. This role consists of daily harvests, field work and wash and pack tasks through out the week. There are full and part time positions available. We start at 7:30 daily Monday - Friday with teams harvesting on the weekend from 8-11am.
Kilt Farm is a dynamic 80 acre Certified Organic farm in Boulder County, Colorado. We grow over 60 different varieties of vegetables for distribution through our CSA program, on farm sales and to wholesale customers throughout the Boulder/Denver Metro area. All employees must be able to lift 50#, be able to stand, lift and bend for long hours during the season. All candidates must have reliable transportation as we may be at multiple properties through out the week. Due to contamination concerns, we do not hire tobacco users.
