Construction Laborer Position
Elton R Construction is a high end residential general contractor seeking a motivated construction laborer for a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position that involves general labor tasks, problem-solving, and teamwork. Opportunities to gain carpentry skills and move up in pay and responsibilities over time.
About the Position:
Projects are in Boulder County
Full Time 40 hrs/week 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
The starting pay rate is $20-$22/hour.
Company subsidized health insurance is available after 60 days.

Job Responsibilities:
Demolition of existing walls, floors, etc. at job start
Masking to protect areas of the house
Clean-up of interior and exterior at work sites as assigned
Ensure sidewalks and walkways are clear of mud/dirt and snow
Assist in keeping materials neatly stacked, organized and protected from weather
Gathering up trash and scraps and making truck and trailer dump runs
General Requirements and Skills:
At least 18 years of age
Ability to clearly communicate
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
Must be able to use power and hand tools to perform basic demolition and construction work
Ability to drive company truck w/ dump trailer a plus
Must embody and demonstrate ERC company values and culture
Must be honest, energetic and driven to do a good job and learn new skills
Must have familiarity with smartphone operations to clock in and out via our timeclock app
