We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in pizza making techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding pizzas that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, including traditional favorites and specialty creations, according to established recipes and quality standards.
-Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in pizza preparation.
-Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
-Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal pizza texture and flavor.
-Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and timely food delivery.
-Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
-Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a pizza cook or similar role in a pizzeria or restaurant setting.
-Thorough knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza topping combinations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
