Pay: $17–$20 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (some Saturday availability)
Founded in 2001 in Boulder, CO, Redstone Meadery has been a pioneer in crafting high-quality meads (honey wines) for over two decades. We take pride in producing several award-winning products, using the finest ingredients to create a diverse selection of flavors that appeal to both new and seasoned mead drinkers. If you are passionate about craft beverages and looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, the Meadery Assistant position may be the perfect fit! Blending customer service, retail, and production work, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in the taproom
Handle standard retail tasks, including opening and closing the taproom, stocking products, and processing sales
Assist with labeling, packaging, and other production-related tasks
Support shipping order fulfillment and office tasks as needed
Represent the brand at wine festivals and events
Opportunities to train in cellar work and brewing if desired
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Must be able to lift 60 lbs
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or production is a plus but not required
