Responsibilities
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares items via varied cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage and labeling.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces throughout the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and communicates with Chefs about pars.
- Helps to maintain an inclusive and positive work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Team player
- Knife Skills
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- The ability to work nights and weekends
- The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- The ability to lift 50lbs or more
