24 Carrot Bistro is hiring! We are a fast paced, Farm-to-table restaurant looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join our FOH Team. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, passionate about food/beverage, and have the ability to work in a team setting. Must have at least 2+ years of Bistro level or above experience. Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers
Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
Making menu item recommendations
Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately
Providing attentive, professional service to diners
Refilling drinks as needed and checking back during the meal
Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
Must have a general understanding of food handling and sanitation protocols
Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations and procedure changes as decided by the management
Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, restrooms, and dining areas
Skills and Qualifications:
TIPS Certification is required

Ability to learn quickly and memorize menu details
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willing to work flexible schedules that include nights and weekends
