Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in Boulder, Colorado. The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain up-to-date customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Respond to customer inquiries via email correspondence. Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize files and perform calculations. Operate 10 Key Skills for data entry and other tasks. Use SAP for asset inventory and financial transaction management. Handle order entry and purchase orders using MRP - Material Requirements Planning. Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM). Handle scanning and typing tasks with attention to detail. Requirements Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role Proficient in 10 Key Skills Demonstrates strong customer service skills Has experience in data entry work Able to use email for professional correspondence Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experienced in organizing files and maintaining order Capable of performing calculations with accuracy Has experience with scanning documents Possesses strong typing skills Knowledge of SAP software Has experience in asset inventory management Able to handle financial transactions efficiently Experienced in order entry Has experience handling purchase orders Knowledge of MRP - Material Requirements Planning is a plus Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) is advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
