Collections Specialist

Description Our team is hiring for a Collections Specialist in the Boulder Colorado area. This position will be supporting our healthcare practice which is part of an established FOrtune 500 organization. This role covers a broad range of tasks in the customer service sector, primarily focusing on answering and resolving customer inquiries through direct phone-based interaction. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers Handle direct phone-based customer interactions and resolve a wide variety of inquiries efficiently Manage the Collection Processes to ensure the timely collection of delinquent payments Use your Phone Presence skills to maintain professional and efficient communication with customers Process and maintain customer credit applications and records accurately Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action as neededRequirements Proven experience in Customer Service roles Strong Phone Presence and excellent communication skills Familiarity with Collection Processes and account management Ability to promptly Answer customer queries and resolve issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approachRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
