Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively develop business for department through active involvement in sales and retention process Oversee the management of the branch Transcon departmentImprove Operations through implementation of best practices and operational process improvements.Manage new business implementation and ensure compliance to “Standard Operating Procedures” for the clientBuild and maintaining strong relationships with service providers and customersEnsure that productivity and profitability goals for the Transcon department are metDevelop department personnel (mentor and coach daily)
