Receptionist

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join our team in AURORA, Colorado. As a Receptionist, your role will be centered around managing the switchboard, directing calls accurately, and maintaining detail-oriented phone etiquette. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Operate multi-line switchboard and direct phone calls appropriately Manage inbound telephone calls and ensure efficient phone coverage Handle switchboard operations and maintain a computerized switchboard system Uphold detail-oriented phone etiquette while answering a multi-line phone system Perform phone screens and utilize a telephone answering system effectively Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center environment Oversee phone operations and maintain phone lines efficiently.Requirements Proficient in operating multi-line switchboard systems Ability to manage a phone switchboard effectively Experience with switchboard operations, preferably with 1-10 lines Familiarity with computerized switchboard systems Skilled in answering a multi-line phone system Capable of directing phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals Experience handling inbound telephone calls Comfortable with multi-line phone systems Able to manage multiple phones simultaneously Responsible for phone coverage during working hours Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette Experience with phone operations in a detail oriented setting Skilled in conducting phone screens if required Knowledgeable in operating telephone answering systems Proven experience in call center customer service Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
