We’re currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on requirements gathering and analysis to help guide our organization into the future. From developing and documenting current and future processes and requirements to facilitating collaborative efforts across diverse teams, our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SDLC, requirements development, process documentation, detailed planning, expert communication, and analysis.
Objectives of this Role:- Drive identification of detailed requirements across business units and develop detailed user-stories for current and future business needs
- Determine and develop detailed process requirements for systems in production, and new systems to ensure maximum usability
- Clarify and document existing processes to drive efficient, planned and repeatable processes
- Lead and develop user acceptance testing for all systems enhancements, new builds and changes as needed
- Create and implement precise communication plans for every project
- 5+ years of proven experience in a Business Analysis position with a strong emphasis in Requirements Gathering/Analysis
- 5+ years of experience working with Software Development projects
- 5+ years of experience as part of a Project Management team
- Experienced with Agile software development methodology and systems
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Proven analytical abilities
- Strong ability to manage several significant efforts at once in a fast-moving, and dynamic environment
- Comfortable with quickly changing direction as needed
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Visio, and MS Project and other relevant project management software applications
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
