Position SummaryThe Transfer Driver plays a vital role in supporting an exceptional guest experience by safely and efficiently transporting rental and retail equipment—including bikes, skis, snowboards, and gear—between resort locations. This role ensures timely delivery, product integrity, and inventory accuracy through careful handling, mobile scanning, and clear communication. Drivers must confidently navigate mountain roads, varied terrain, and winter conditions while maintaining high operational standards. This position reports to the Transfer Manager. Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 Winter Season.Essential Job FunctionsDrive company trucks and vans to pick up and deliver rental, retail, and non-inventory product—including bikes, skis, snowboards, and accessories—between resort locations Load and unload products using liftgates and rolling carts, including navigating snow, ice, and uneven terrain with loads up to 600 lbs Organize products by type and destination to ensure accurate and efficient loading, transport, and delivery Maximize space and safety during loading and unloading of vehicles at designated pickup and drop-off locations Use mobile scanning technology and tracking software to ensure accurate inventory movement and documentation Fulfill rental restocking requests by picking, packing, organizing, and racking incoming and returning equipment Operate company equipment such as pallet jacks, liftgates, dock plates, and elevators safely and correctly Maintain up-to-date delivery logs in compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor road conditions and drive safely in all weather, including snow, ice, and mountainous terrain Communicate regularly with the Transfer Manager and team to ensure smooth coordination of deliveries and pickups Maintain clean, organized vehicle interiors and ensure daily vehicle readiness Other duties as assigned
