Experience Curator

Elevate the art of creating unforgettable moments as Experience Curator at Hotel Jerome in Aspen. This on-site position plays a crucial role in developing and delivering unique experiences, with a strong focus on operations and a passion for bringing the property’s iconic Soul of the Place to life. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-motivated team player who is communicative, creative, innovative, and willing to take initiative to implement change.Programming & ExperiencesWork closely with the marketing team on annual and seasonal experience strategies that align with business objectives and our Soul of the Place. Communicate and collaborate with inter-departmental teams to project manage, operationalize, and coordinate events, programming, and experiences, ensuring timeline and execution are on point and consistent.Serve as local ambassador and contact for partners and vendors Communicate with local vendors and hosts as needed for smooth operationsInternal Communications & Training Be the point person for communication with the on-property team to align on logistics for upcoming experiences and activations.Share information, collateral, and details about all experiences and activations with internal teams:Join AM and dept rallies to give updates on upcoming programming, new experiences, etc.Schedule regular meetings with sales, reservations, and front office teams to update on upcoming events, programming, etc. Create comprehensive SOPs for all current and future experiences.Calendars & Collateral Update website, special collateral, and calendars in partnership with the marketing teamPurchasing, organizing, managing experience inventory, and storageMaintain experience venues, addressing and following up on maintenance & repair issues, and organizing storage areas with the property team.Miscellaneous creative projects and brand maintenance throughout the property as neededExperience Marketing Ensure all available experiences are published and bookable. Capture videos/content of experiences + eventsSupport with Alice texts re: programming/experiencesJoin PR calls to communicate updates on upcoming programming, new experiences, etc, for external media outreachCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure reservations are confirmed (for rooms, dining, spa, experiences, etc.) and that itineraries are created for all Tastemaker/Media visits.Ensure proper VIP forms and information are shared with the property team. Act as a tour guide for media guests and VIPs as needed.Guest JourneyWork with the marketing, digital, and concierge teams to ensure the pre-arrival journey includes experience touchpoints.Support the implementation and execution of all guest amenities, including turndown, welcome & departure, and special occasions. Identify opportunities to further improve, customize, or personalize a guest's experience based on guest feedback and strategic opportunities.
