Prescription Processing:Accurately fill prescriptions using vials or blister packsMeasure medication dosages per prescription ordersUnderstand and comply with labeling and regulatory requirementsHandle incoming and outgoing calls professionallyRedirect clinical inquiries to pharmacists as neededTroubleshoot delivery issues with patients, couriers, and healthcare providersCustomer Interaction & Compliance:Verify patient information (DOB, address, insurance, etc.)Ensure HIPAA-compliant communication and documentationCoordinate with pharmacists for patient consultationsDelivery & Documentation:Confirm deliveries and follow protocols with internal and external couriersReconcile delivery batches in pharmacy systemsOrganize and file paperwork per policy and legal standardsInventory & Facility Maintenance:Monitor and restock essential supplies (vials, labels, printer paper, etc.)Support inventory tracking and expired product checksHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (including public and staff areas)
