AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Location: Live Oak, CA
Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
We're hiring an Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team in Live Oak, CA. This is a hands-on role
where you'll take ownership of maintaining and repairing farm equipment for a large-scale orchard operation.

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of farm equipment, including tractors,
harvesters, ATVs, trailers, pickups, and orchard implements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Handle field service calls and urgent breakdowns, especially during harvest
- Perform welding and light fabrication when needed
- Keep maintenance records and manage parts/tools inventory for the shop

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, year-round (40 hours/week) outside of harvest
- Harvest season hours (required):
- 3 weeks of 7 days/week in August
- 5 weeks of 7 days/week from late September through October
- Flexible time off available during the winter months
What You Need:
- Strong mechanical background (farm equipment experience preferred)
- Skilled in diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Welding/fabrication ability a plus
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot under pressure
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Bilingual not required
