Long established agricultural company looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper in Yuba City who will be a good fit for a family oriented company culture and has the desire to commit to a long-term position.
Office Management: Manage office staff; manage insurance policies: manage office operations; manage rent collection from various properties; manage agricultural reporting, manage bill payment and collection in a timely manner.
Accounting: Responsible for all aspects of accounting: Cash flow and P&L statements, AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation, Deposits, Transfers, Maintain Multiple Company accounts, Work with Accountants, Financial Reporting, YE reporting and filing.
HR/Payroll: Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll, filing and paying payroll taxes, resolving IRS issues; Maintaining and complying to all Fed & State regulations, handling of all employee labor issues. Manage Work Comp: claims and monthly reporting/payments.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in accounting/office management
Attention to detail, self-motivated
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Employee Supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Quickbooks knowledge a must
Full-Time
