What's it all about:
Seeking someone who is organized and detail-oriented to support our daily operations and financial processes
Duties, responsibilities and skills:
Manage company emails, sort incoming mail
Review and organize invoices, purchase orders
Update daily balance sheets
Print and email timecards and calculate invoices
Update spreadsheets and operator hours
Calculate and process payroll, update sick leave and vacation
Submit bills for payment approval, process wage withholding
Review and attach supporting receipts
Issue payments due, update spreadsheets, create invoices, and submit via email
Verify sales commission invoices; issue checks and wires
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative or accounting support roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agriculture, logistics, or related industries
Familiarity with payroll processing
Strong writing and reading levels
Tribal experience is a plus
Microsoft Word is a must!
Ability to take notes for meeting minutes
Typing/Data Entry and PDF
