Summary:
As a Hydraulic Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in performing skilled operations—from cleaning and disassembly to diagnosis, reassembly, and testing. Your expertise will ensure timely production of quality repaired products, following both experience and factory instructions.
Responsibilities:
Assemble, modify, and rework components using drawings and verbal instructions.
Utilize basic hand tools and machines for tasks like welding, hydraulic testing, and soldering.
Identify wires, fitting types, and plumbing sizes.
Support inventory handling and transactions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of industry, machinery, and safety regulations.
Assist in part identification and bill of material tasks.
Complete paperwork, record customer and supplier correspondence, and manage tool inventory.
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of related experience.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and schematics.
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical measuring equipment.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stand and sit.
Utilize hand and finger dexterity continually.
Work near moving mechanical parts frequently.
Lift and/or move up to fifty pounds frequently.
