Organization:SOPS-Sutter Outpatient Services - Yuba CityPosition Overview:Directs the operations and/or the coordination of various ancillary services departments. Ensures positive financial performance, cost effective utilization of departmental resources and equipment as well as the implementation of innovative cost and quality initiatives to improve performance. Ensures accreditation with The Joint Commission, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and develops annual strategic plans, capital budgets, and promotes services.Job Description :EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Business or Management or related field or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
12 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated knowledge in budgeting, planning, human resources and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of JCAHO requirements.
Knowledge of Comprehensive Perinatal Service Regulations (CPSP), Title 22 & 16.
Knowledge of American Diabetes Association (ADA) Recognition requirements.
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
Demonstrated ability to be self directed and able to act independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, program development and management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Interest in providing services to community, which includes outreach education to various institutions and organizations.
Ability to work co-operations and professionally with diverse working environment.
