Residential Property Accountant with Realpage experience

We are seeking a Property Accountant for Residential that will be responsible for reconciling the account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures at our corporate office in Woodland Hills, CA.Realpage Software Experience is REQUIRED for this role.Essential duties and responsibilitiesVerify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable – per propertyAnalyze financial information and summarize financial status – per propertyPrepare financial statements in accordance with our established scheduleConduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenanceReview all inter-company transactionsAssist with property auditsSupport month-end and year-end close process
