- Provides technical expertise, analyzes, and evaluates code issues
- Level II troubleshooting for user/system issues whether single or multi-user user incidents/problems
- Application change impact analysis
- Trend analysis on incident data and proactively conducts root cause analysis on identified problems
- Proactive analysis of platform architecture and process improvement
- Create/maintain intellectual property/ knowledge material (runbooks, workflows, API mapping, etc.)
- Batch/automation monitoring
- Performance monitoring, identification of performance gaps
- Reporting
- Responds to business service requests
- Release/infrastructure implementation/maintenance support
- 2+ years’ experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys and email templates
- Experience with Marketing Cloud integration with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Experience with Lightning and Lightning Web Components
- (Preferred) Knowledge of basic HTML and comfortable writing occasional SQL queries
