Service Technician - LA countyJob DescriptionAs a Service Technician, you will receive and respond to service calls, ensuring prompt attention based on the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Your role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing service problems, and making necessary repairs. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of all products, including checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines. Additionally, maintaining inventory and performing maintenance on equipment such as parts, tools, and vehicles is essential. You will review service orders and the services performed with the supervisor, keep managers informed of customer concerns and up-selling opportunities, document all work performed, and ensure completion of all activities. Maintaining fresh point of sale (POS) material and clear communication with customers and co-workers is crucial. In some locations, you may also be responsible for machine movement and other various duties as assigned.Hard Skills
