- Tracks, measures, analyzes and reports on overall website performance as well as individual campaigns.
- Defines KPIs (key performance indicators) and creates a system for measuring and tracking.
- Creates dashboards and visualizations to make data accessible to a broad audience of internal stakeholders.
- Guides the development of documentation, deliverables and solutions requirements for web analytics tracking.
- Formulates user and journey analyses; delivers findings, makes recommendations that advise strategy and drive growth.
- Performs analysis of and prepares presentations illustrating how users behave while interacting with web initiatives; develops strategic insights to optimize performance.
- Works closely with development team to lead all aspects of the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on the website and through tag management systems.
- Leads the analysis and design process for web metrics and reports
- Works independently on data modeling and report design for simple to moderately sophisticated projects.
- Facilitates the selection and adoption of new analysis and reporting tools and technologies.
- Works with users to gather and document requirements for new reports and for improvements to existing reports and translates user requests into data points.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to analyze and interpret information and/or data
- Ability to balance multiple demands and/or manage sophisticated and competing priorities
- Solid project management capabilities with high attention to detail
- Experience in web analytics tools and tag management tools; knowledge and experience in Adobe Analytics (highly preferred)
- 3 years Web development experience as it relates to the development, configuration, and implementation of web analytic solutions.
- 7 years web analysis experience.
- High School diploma.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, economics, statistics, or related quantitative discipline preferred.
