Description The company we are partnering up with, located in Vista, is currently in search of a proficient, engaged, and highly organized Human Resources Administrator. The role is integral to the day-to-day operations of our HR department, handling all administrative tasks, from maintaining and creating employee records to coordinating HR policies and processes.Responsibilities:
Administer employee health and welfare plans, addressing enrollment, change reporting, and communicating necessary information to employees.
Resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective usage of plans and positive employee relations.
Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, recommending corrective actions.
Handle employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules, and regulations.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or in a relevant role.
Knowledge of human resources management systems.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
