Answer questions from students and parents about admission procedures, tuition payments, or educational programs via phone, email, or in person.
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assist with application documentation.
Provide support for academic advising by referring inquiries to appropriate departments or staff members.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of communication and update databases with student or program details.
Assist with the planning and coordination of educational events, such as open houses or orientations.
Process paperwork, manage office correspondence, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.
Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and academic staff to resolve concerns or inquiries promptly.
Provide technical support for students scheduling classes or accessing online resources.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma required; some college coursework or education-related certifications preferred.
Experience: 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in an educational setting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
