Job Description
Summary/Responsibilities
diagnosing, trouble shooting, adjusting, inspecting, repairing, and delivering our hot tubs
traveling to customer locations throughout our region
logging and communicating a detailed assessment of your service call
providing customer service in a respectful, professional manner
providing technical support to our customers, our staff, and other technicians
consistently working independently and as a team member
Qualifications:
detail oriented and organized
self-starter with great work ethic
mechanically inclined
valid driver’s license
effective oral and written communication skills
team player
be able to pass background check if requested
looking for long term employment
There will be a training period.
Physical Demands:
must be able to work in any environment
must be able to do heavy lifting
requires standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, twisting, turning, and leaning
must be able to use hand tools
